Darling Distillery supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. License number – 31912276.

Darling Distillery does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By using this site, you affirm that you are over the age of 18. By using this site, you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of wine is over the age of 18. Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is against the law to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $7,000) and/or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700).


What information we need from you? When you place an order with Darling Distillery, details such as your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and phone number are collected in order to deliver wine to your door. These details are retained safely in our database for record keeping purposes. Any changes or modifications to these details feel free to shoot us an email info@darlingdistillery.com.

What information goes into the clouds? When paying online using your credit card, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you, at any time during the transaction. We do not retain your credit card details and our payment gateway is PCI compliant including secure and encrypted shopping.



How long will my delivery take? We do our very best to get your order processed and dispatched as soon as we receive it. Once it is in the hands of the courier delivery times are usually as follows: Melbourne same day or next day, Sydney next day, Adelaide 2 days, Brisbane 3 days, Tasmania 4 days, Perth 5 days, Northern Territory 7 days.

What if my product is damaged or lost? Freight companies unfortunately do not recognise claims that have been signed for or left unattended where an authority to leave the product has been given. If you suspect breakage simply hand the box back to the driver and do not sign for it. I repeat do not sign it! If this occurs, we will issue a replacement and re-delivery, on us, of course!


At Darling Distillery, we have a 100% happiness policy. If your purchase is faulty or damaged, we will happily refund your money or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase. If your purchase occurs a delivery fee, the fee is on us! 

When will my refund be processed? Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed.
