Bitter Truth

25ml Darling Gin
27.5ml Cynar
20ml Dark Creme de Cacao
5ml Fernet Branca
3 Drops Orange Bitters

Garnish: Grated Coffee Bean

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice, stirring until you are happy with the amount of dilution. This is something to be sipped on and savoured, with its digestif qualities standing out.
